Introrduction:
ALC is an abbreviation for Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete and is a type of high performance autoclaved aerated concrete (ALC). The ALC plate is made of fly ash (or silica sand), cement, lime, etc., and is made of high-pressure steam cured multi-pore concrete forming plates (containing reinforced steel bars after treatment). The ALC board can be used as a wall material and a roof panel. It is a new building material with superior performance.
Description:
The main structure of the house uses a 100×100mm×6mm square steel pipe and a 50×50mm×4 square steel pipe to construct a roof truss system. It is assembled using the superior performance of the ALC board. The entire construction process is simple and easy to complete. The following products are pictures we made to customers in Mozambique. One 60 square meters sample room, with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom.In addition to the main steel materials and the main material of the ALC board, in order to increase the aesthetic appearance of the building, we made a quartz tile for the roof and a real stone paint for the wall surface. Five workers took 15 days to complete the installation of the entire building. 60 square meters total cost of 15,000 US dollars. After the house is completed, the house comes with a floor, a set of cabinets, a potty, and a washbasin. Customers can buy some simple furniture to stay in.
