Long Span Steel Structure Prefabricated Warehouse Prefab Metal Building main building has two three-story main buildings of 90,000 square meters, and a corridor in the middle connects the two main buildings together.
Design standard: wind load 0.6 KN/m2; floor live load 5.0 KN/m2, because the building has operation workshop on each floor, so the floor load is relatively large, so it is a big test for our building structure.
The building is 108 meters wide and 90 meters long. The building height is 23 meters and the total height is 13 meters. The first floor height is 13 meters. The second floor height is 4.5 meters. The third floor height is 5.5 meters. The overall frame design adopts box type column and h type steel beam. The floor surface adopts the cast-in-place concrete structure of the floor bearing board. The outer wall is made of 100mm rock wool composite board plus 100mm glass wool insulation and single layer 0.6mm steel plate combination. Wall. Packing&Shipping:

1.All of the steel column and beams plates and edges will be packed with blankets to protect them from the container bump during the shippment.
2.To make the loading more efficient and save some delivery cost, 40OT container is prefered for loading the steel frames.
3.All the wall and roof panels will be filmed by two sides and fixedly setted in the 40HQ container.
4.All the windows and doors will be protected with bubble rapping paper and fixedly  setted  in the container.
