Production Description:
The total construction area is 35,000 square meters, 280 meters long, 120 meters wide and 9.4 meters high.Design conditions: wind pressure 0.61km/m2 snow pressure 0.2km/m2 roof slope 1:20 column spacing 6m.With a span of 120 meters and 3 medium columns, 4 small spans of 30 meters are synthesized.The biggest feature of the building is the 8 m canopy surrounding the building.

Packing&Shipping:
1.All of the steel column and beams plates and edges will be packed with blankets to protect them from the container bump during the shippment.
2.To make the loading more efficient and save some delivery cost, 40OT container is prefered for loading the steel frames.
3.All the wall and roof panels will be filmed by two sides and fixedly setted in the 40HQ container.
4.All the windows and doors will be protected with bubble rapping paper and fixedly setted in the container.
